Colector has chosen Fine Art printing for the production of its media. A technical process that allows us to obtain exceptional results that are faithful to the artist's vision. We use a premium Smooth Pearl 280 g./m2 paper that enhances our collection.

VALENTINE REINHARDT
A multidisciplinary artist, Valentine's universe stands out for its graphic style, its intense colors and its dreamlike nature bordering on surrealism. It is always with poetry and humor that she diverts, transforms and reinvents the world around her to create unique images, rich in meaning. By mixing photography, painting, video, Valentine produces works where characters and nature coexist in a chimerical dance.

WHO ARE WE ?
Colector was created by Emmanuel Cossu and Emmanuel Batifoulier, who, since meeting at art school, have shared an eclectic taste for artistic creation and artists.
Emmanuel Cossu is a director. For over ten years, he has been directing music videos for the biggest stars (Dua Lipa, M83, Skrillex, Gesaffelstein, The Weeknd, etc.) as well as the most avant-garde international advertising campaigns (Nike, Dior, Cartier, Vuitton, etc.). Manu is recognized for his distinctive style, marked by a strong visual aesthetic and an assertive emotional narrative.
Emmanuel Batifoulier is an artistic director. With a particular interest in publishing and typography, Manu has founded a magazine, a communications agency, a pure fintech player, infusing it with his subtle and distinctive creative signature, readable and hyper-effective.
The meeting of their influences agrees on the place left to interpretation, to the imagination and gives pride of place to artists from their entourage whose career they have followed for years. With Colector, they intend to share with as many people as possible the talents that inspire them on a daily basis.

DELIVERY
No, Colector covers the delivery costs.
We cover a vast majority of countries in the world with our transport partners.
In case of loss or delay, we invite you to contact our support at hello@colectorparis.com.
If the order is damaged upon receipt, refuse the delivery and do not sign the order form. If damage is discovered after signing the delivery, it is still possible to withdraw and return it within 14 days of receipt of the order.
We entrust the transport of our packages to various companies depending on the size of your order. Once you have selected your items and accessed the checkout, you will see the transport company chosen to transport your package.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your package as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Also check your spam folder. If you did not receive the email with the tracking link, please contact our customer service.
We charge €20 for all packages that are not collected within the allotted time from the collection point and are returned to us. This is to cover the double shipping costs, the service provided by our warehouse and the cost of retrieving and unpacking the items. In the case of an uncollected framed canvas order, or a framed canvas order returned due to incorrect delivery information, we will retain 50% of the order amount to cover the costs of production, packaging and transport.
A return fee of €7.90 will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the package must be returned with a tracked shipment and in its original packaging, including the protective elements present around the frame. Please remember to keep your receipt and tracking references until you receive confirmation that we have received your return.
ORDER
You will receive a tracking link by email to track the order in real time. You can find your tracking link as soon as it is available in the Purchases section of your personal space if you purchased while logged into your account.
It is not necessary to create an account to buy on our platform. Creating an account makes the purchasing process and order tracking easier, but it is entirely possible to buy as a guest and track your order via a tracking link sent by email.
The purchase is validated automatically, so we trust the sellers as to the immediate availability of the work.
You will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received an email after placing your order, there may have been a problem with your purchase. Contact us and we will help you!
If you have not received any confirmation after placing it, first check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the order confirmation, you may have provided an incorrect email address. Please contact us by email (by clicking here) to check if an order has been registered in your name. This will allow us to correct your email address and send you an order confirmation. It is also possible that the order has not been registered. Please contact us before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.
Once the order has been received, you have a legal period of 14 days to withdraw without having to justify your decision or pay a penalty. To do this, we invite you to send an email to hello@colectorparis.com You will receive a response from us as soon as possible.
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to an order that has been placed, but if you contact us immediately we may be able to cancel it before it is shipped. After cancelling your order, you can return to our online store and place a new order with the products you want.
If you change your mind about your order before the package has been picked up by our warehouse, please contact us immediately by phone. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to take the necessary measures before the package is picked up, as our preparation and shipping service is very fast. If you placed your order on a weekend or outside our opening hours, contact us by email by clicking here.
To be reimbursed without penalties or reasons, you have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days following the purchase during which the return request must be made. We invite you to contact support at the email address: "hello@colectorparis.com" to make a return and refund request. The work must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, accompanied
of its possible documentation.
